GVSE shared these images of the upcoming Hot Hatch Mod. As you can see VW Scirocco, Seat Leon, and Renault Megane are already in game. The cars feature a veriaty of aftremarket parts. I got this from JDougNY to post.
The Hot Hatch mod is inspired by the real race series, but doesn't fully adhere to the regulations. Starting with HP. Our cars will have a higher HP per Ton than the real Class A. For instance, one of our cars weighs 1160kg and has 478hp, which is 374.6hp per Ton. All cars will adhere to that hp:ton ratio. Another regulation that we won't follow is that the exteriors of the cars will not be stock. There will be some type of cosmetic change (different bonnets, boots, bodykits, etc). The cockpits will have roll cages and some type of track/race upgrades. Most cars will be FWD, but there are a couple of car that deviate from regulations with either AWD or RWD. All cars will be hatchbacks. There are 13 cars planned for Hot Hatch, which will all race together in a new "Hot Hatch" class. The high power FWD cars should provide a different race experience and we hope that people will be interested in this new race class. This project will take a little time to complete. Right now one car is finished, I'll be starting physics in #2, car #3 is in my queue and GVSE is working on car #4. We'll put together some pics in the near future, along with posting pics along the way as we complete some cars, just to keep everyone updated on our progress. Also lost in the shutdown was the ability for the cars they had created to be downloaded by future people that will develop an interest in playing pCars. An invitation to host the cars they had created, here at our site, was extended to their team leader LMM23.
